I recently signed up to mr spins and received 20 free spins and won just over £33, I deposited £10 through my PayPal account to enable me to receive my winnings, i then got a text to phone them and they asked me to send ID, I don’t have a passport I sent a bank statement, letter with my name and address and a prescription letter with my Date birth, I phoned up the man on the phone told me that my money would be put in my PayPal account which have recorded on my phone, not even 5 mins off the phone and I got a call from me spins and had to go through security checks yet again, this time the woman on phone told me they couldn’t accept prescription letters but would accept a GP registration letter, all my calls and live chat have been recorded, I hope once I send in gp registration letter my money will be paid as I have enough recorded on my phone to take to lawyer including the man on the first call saying that my money would be paid in. Shockingly bad! Poor gameplay, poor bonus rounds, just poor in general! “50 free spins awarded in form of £5 bonus”.... ok that’s fine, except for the fact that none of the games offer 10p spins unless you use less than the full quota of lines available because you can’t opt for less than 2p per line. “10% bonus on all debit card deposits”....also fine until you realise that the 50p bonus you acquired has a ridiculous wagering requirement meaning it’s almost impossible for low stakes players to profit in anyway and to opt out you have to call customer services, a call that not only do you get charged for but are usually kept on hold for a stupid amount of time and when you finally get through its like talking to a brick wall, 7 times I called to opt out of receiving texts and emails but still they come by the bucketload..... I use all the big names like sky, will hill, paddy etc but I try to give the smaller newer companies a chance as well but these guys are not the ones to try unless you enjoy having a selection of 2 games, yes there is more than 2 games but they are basically the same game just different animation, 15 or 10 win lines, the same in game bonus rounds and the same free spins rounds

I enjoy playing these games and really like how often you get given little bonuses. However, I recently received 30 free spins which I got £5 winnings from. I then played for 15 minutes and got that up to £40. I tried to withdraw that but could only withdraw £35 due to the other £5 been bonus credit. So I withdrew the £35 and played with the remaining £5. I got that £5 up to £34 and again could only withdraw £30, so happy with that I withdrew another £30 and lost the remaining £4. Happy with winning £65 from a free bonus. Then today I received a text saying my winnings of £50 had been processed, that's all I was due to receive due to some terms and conditions. So I'd won £65, and have only been paid out £50. The other £15 hasn't gone back into my account to play with. So basically if you win on your free bonus and get over £50. Don't bother playing anymore cos whether you withdraw £51 or somehow hit a Jackpot they'll take the rest back off you. Also seen reviews saying people have won £70+ on free bonuses. Either they've written the review before been paid and haven't realised some gets taken back or the developers are writing false reviews to try and boost their app

When I first joined mr spin I got a bonus to use which I won a £100 when I withdrew I only got £50 because I hadn’t deposited any cash since then I have put in a fair bit of cash with mixed results.
