Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shops

Please add Apple Pay to this app. Entering in a credit card isn’t user friendly and not secure. I had to install this app because our local shop was only taking online orders. I almost went someplace else because I didn’t want to take the time entering all my credit card info. Apple Pay would have made it far easier.

This app is archaic and needs a lot of work. It often glitches, will cause you to completely loose your order. Also, if you plan to order through the app, know that you will be waiting longer for your sandwich to be ready, and more often than not the shop does not make your sandwiches until after you’ve arrived to pick up the order that you waited an extra 30+ minutes for simply because you wanted to order online over the inconvenience of calling in customizations.

User hostile interface - two back buttons, if you push the wrong one you lose your entire order. Difficult to see if your ordered ASAP or at a specific time - causing me to waste a trip. Can’t order deli salads online, no combo option either. Sorry, but will be calling in my orders from now on.

Tried to use the app twice...all the way through-ordered three sandwiches with custom changes...entered credit card info-then hit submit-all you do is watch the wheel of death spin...had to do it the old fashion way and call...apparently the employees know about the problem-but does management? Almost pulled into Burger King...but remembered they teased Taylor Swift...
