Pick a sound you would like to hear when a notification alert with motivational quotes appears. Choose how many messages you would like to receive and when. Alerts automatically capped to a maximum of 2 per hour. Choose a day of the week when you would like to receive motivational messages. All quotes are stored in the app, no internet needed.
