I had an account with Jackpot Joy (sister company) back in 2014. I asked for it to be closed due to non stop marketing emails. Because of that, the account I opened earlier today was closed without explanation. Having asked them for an explanation, It seems that I am not allowed to have an account with this organisation on any of their current games. So to be clear, I did nothing whatsoever wrong in the past, I have an excellent credit rating, I am not and never have been a problem gambler, I am solvent, of legal age and yet this lot have decided that I am not acceptable as a customer. All because I left them 6 years ago. Don’t join, save your money and do the postcode lottery instead.

Wins were regular (although I may just have been lucky) and gameplay was great! The bonus features on the slots kept me interested! After it freezing up on me and not getting anywhere without losing my temper, i jave been suspended and blocked on all of my apps withoit warning or anything so all I invested and all the little games i was having great fun on too gone! Would not of played here as I lost and never won before and monopoly has a bad pay rate always has done. But as you keep sending letters yes letters to my home address offering bonus money on top and that never comes just a gimmick to make you top up and lose your money. Never got no bonus credit and lost instantly so you are misleading people never would have entertained my mind to bet here if I never got letters throw my door I’m trying to stop gambling and your sending letters to my house after I’ve unsubscribed to your emails.
