Add your items to the basket. 4. Choose an estimate value your order's total price/value. 5. Enter your address or choose one from the history addresses. 6. The app will connect you to the nearest Mongez worker within 2 minutes. 7. The worker will pick up your request and deliver them to you. 8. Pay upon delivery against receipt unless the item you ordered is known to be un- receipted (example: something from Koshk). 9- In case the 2 minutes are timed out and no mongez available, please re-order or call customer support.
