Assign and file reports in a way that works best for you Ad hoc Reports. File any report anytime as needed: Attend a location, add the report to your queue and file it. Schedule Reports. Place regularly scheduled reports in users accounts and receive notifications if reports are not completed on time. Perfect for scheduled audits at specific locations (e.g. Health Safety and Environment or regularity / safety reports). Pooled Reports. Used for reports where one or more persons may file a specific audit. As the report is filed by one person, it is then removed from the "to do queue" so work is not duplicated. Perfect where multiple managers file similar audits at a location.
