For the most part, the app is simple and easy to use. The only downside is obtaining a signature from the point of delivery when you have no service. This is quite often when inside buildings where there’s no signal.

This app is my work tool and I can't really say anything bad about the interface or ease of use because it is simple and functional, and customers often get a kick of the touchscreen signature feature. However, it is very prone to crashing and freezing. It also often stops sending GPS data to the dispatcher while the app is still running; all of those things causing you to sign on and off repeatedly throughout the day. I'm not sure whether that's a design flaw of the app, or if it's a result of spotty data service—or even specific to certain network carriers—but it can be an inconvenience, especially when driving.

I’ve called the company and have spoken to people in the tech department but that didn’t get me anywhere. I have been using this app for 3 1/2 years. In that time there has been no update. The app logged me out on its own. Also, it will crash several times per day. I have to reboot my phone each time There is a crash and most of the time even then I still cannot use the app and I have to call my dispatcher for a status update.

...of this app has a lot in common with the memory capacity of the average goldfish. Prepare for a lot of crashing, random “undo” dialogue boxes, and logging in over and over. Sent from the most recent crash of this app on my iPad Pro.

Works great. My only input would be to add a sound notification when you receive an order.
