Wall posts on mobile do not update as quickly as on desktop, sometimes taking as long as 30 minutes. Additionally, the submission feature is not available on mobile, which is very inconvenient. Certain pages/tabs are not accessible or viewable, and this is a critical component of being able to complete homework. Clicking the "complete" button on assignments works only intermittently. I generally opt for the desktop version and only use the app when absolutely necessary.

I’ve used this app for several terms. It’s fairly straight forward, intuitive, and reliable. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to add functionality of AirPrint/WiFi printing. It’s annoying to be traveling and to have to dig out the larger device to download to the hard drive and then print. Printing directly from the app would be more efficient.

Great app of online classwork but so many bugs. Every few lectures or so, the next lecture is missing the play button and the sliding scale to move forward or backward in the video. I have to exit and close the app to get the play button to work properly. Also, it would be nice to have an option for captions on the app version since you can do it on the online version.

This is a great work to do schoolwork on but there are few things that need work until I can give this app 5 stars. The first is that the external resources have not been available since I downloaded this app; it’s been almost a year! This is really helpful but some reason my videos don’t load when I download them to be seen offline, completely useless if I can even use the function that it claims it can and should do! Make this better and I will give this app 5 stars.

Recently I found out that over 60% of my USC tuition going for 2U platform! Since than this app will have always one star from me until you make it work perfect. (You are taking a lot of money for it!) With new update you made one unnecessary step in the app and website. Course page is without current courses, than you click on “view all past course” that you get page that says current and past courses. Annoying ...
