Missguided l Clothes Shopping

I’ve ordered from miss guided for a while now and since I’ve been using the app it’s been so easy!!! Love being able to favourite things and then when I’m making an order I can easily move it into bag and order. Another great thing about the app compared to many other retail apps is I am able to pay using Apple Pay making my life so much easier!!! Love :))) and of corse their clothes are always great quality for the price and always have fab deals on!

I online shop by adding things to wish lists on my phone when I’m out and about and then at a later date sitting down on my laptop going through my wish list and purchasing items I want from it. However I cannot do this with this app. If I save an item to my wish list on my phone, it does not appear in my wish list if I log into my account on my laptop (even though it’s the same account!) this is really frustrating as sometimes I have to go back and forth between app/desktop to find all the different items I had saved and put them altogether. If they fixed this one thing the app would be perfect as I’ve never had any issues with ordering or selecting things from the app. It seems such an easy thing to fix and so annoying that it makes the app unusable for me

For the money that I paid, I wanted a re-fund as soon as I tried them on. The first top I bought was a logo shirt which look quite good on the app, when I bought it, not problems. But, when I start wearing it over a course of a few days, the sewing starts to come out. I then order a couple weeks over, as I was a little hesitant to order anymore after that, I ordered a pair of ripped jeans and a denim skirt. Baring in mind these are in my size and that’s the size I get all the time. I try them on and they automatically fall of my waists even with a belt. And that was it, my first thought was to send them back. Something else I don’t like is how you have to pay for the delivery when ASOS has an option to have it free when you spend over £30 and normally, I’m happy with the item. Other than that the app runs smoothly and they have some decent stuff.

I love Missguided so having the app meaning you can easily search and wish list items you want should be great. Except, despite using the same amount, the wish list items I have on the app and the wish list items I have when I log in online are not synced up at all. At one point the app completely deleted the wish list I had on there & emptied my bag (pls why I was trying to give u my money). When you’re viewing the items on the app you can’t see the catwalk videos or the reviews which are always major deciding factors when choosing to purchase. Basically this app is useful for a quick search but could be SO MUCH BETTER if it had the same features as the online site and the wish lists were synced (and didn’t delete themselves). I LOVE Missguided but this app is a let down.

I love your stuff guys and most of my clothing is based on you however your app takes long time to finish shopping as it populates encrypted card / billing address very slow and crushes. I had a list of 21 products to buy, got a new card which I had to add to make a payment and system would just not let me save it. After several attempts and fairly long wait it did, but again wouldn’t let me / choose previous or add billing address (which always been the same!) so I had to leave the app (1.5hr to buy few summer dresses and couple of bikinis) and it all didn’t save even if it was in my shopping basked and ready to proceed to payment! 😫 I had to do all shopping again and lost 2 products which got sold meanwhile and one of them was a really nice playsuit I wanted to take on holidays. Really gutted I was but perhaps your app needs some sort of fixing 😫
