MiPermit

This is an extremely useful ap which I have used for 3 days now but can I suggest a couple of improvements. 1. The parking we are using is a) daily tariff or b) overnight. There appears no ability to extend parking into the next tariff whilst you have valid parking unless you “park again “ with a start time of when your current parking ends. Would be much better if the extend feature would mirror this. 2. Text reminder to arrive BEFORE you run out of parking. Mine came after it had expired (could be a delay in receiving so maybe needs sending earlier) 3. Email (or text) confirmation parking was successful. That aside. A great, useful ap

This app is absolutely ideal as it saves on queuing to park especially bank holidays when every man and their dog is out too. This would get five stars if it was compatible to the Apple Watch where you was able to look at your watch and it told you the duration of your parking instead of having to look at your phone, as these days with the current technology there is no need to keep using both devices and the watch is more appealing. Maybe something to consider 🤔 good work tho 👍🏼

Love this App. I use it 4 or 5 days a week. It is really easy to navigate and makes it very clear at the end of the transaction what you are buying. I haven’t use the ‘top up’ facility but I know friends who have and it was easy. Customer service the one time I needed it was great - easy to contact MiPermit and received a human, very speedy response that sorted my (self inflicted) issue immediately. Highly recommended. This makes my life much easier!

I’ve used this App for years and apart from a few minor glitches it’s been just fine. I finally got around to updating the App today and YUCK! Everything was separate before and now it’s crowded into the same space. The update deleted my saved vehicles and as a trade with several vans, this is a real pain. Especially as it doesn’t retain the vehicle info like before so I have to add them each time! It looks prettier but functionality is much worse. Not happy with the update.

Time was when I could pay for a whole week’s parking in two minutes flat before leaving home on Monday morning. With the current version- forced on me by an automatic update- it now takes ten minutes to book a single stay. Furthermore, the app no longer displays in landscape mode, rendering it utterly unusable on anything smaller than a largeish tablet. As a business user I have no choice about where I park, and it is now almost impossible to pay to do so. Sort it out. Updated 20 Oct ‘19. App currently not working AT ALL. Detailed email to devs at their request- no response one month later. Avoid at all costs
