iPhone 11- app is now unusable after update, albeit it hasn’t been great but it did at least work once you got past the initial connection issue (x12) times. Needs lots of work, while the speakers are great i always dread using the app. I’ve also noticed severe connection issues when connected speakers with app in use. I’m giving a favorable 4 star for now because it was working mostly ok before. Needs fixing though,this needs priority.

Thank you so much for improving the app, the app is now able to load smoother and entering it is a lot easier now which is very much appreciate it. Thank you again and please keep up the good work.

Love the Minirig 3’s and Subwoofer 3, but the app leaves a lot to be desired. IF you’re able to connect to your Minirig at all it will eventually crash as you try to navigate through it. Touch the button to go “home” and it crashes every time. Read the user manual and learn how to operate your Minirig(s) without the app. The app itself is useless at present.

This is perhaps the worst app I’ve ever had the misfortune to use in my life. Sure, Minirig 3s sounds great, but when playing via aux in it cuts out every 10 seconds, so it’s pretty useless to me. The app recognizes my devices with duplicates, and they’re all labeled the same so I don’t know which is which; then when you select one, it thinks for 10 seconds and then asks you to select devices again. Reinstall the app a few times, and finally it’ll let you see the settings for a device. Then when you change any settings, it has no confirmation of the change was applied, and then when you reconnect the device, the setting isn’t applied. after all is said and done, minirigs support’s suggestion to fix the problem makes no difference. And you’ve got a giant hole in your wallet and just experienced an hour of misery fighting against this truly awful app. I hope everyone writing software at Minirigs gets fired immediately, and hopefully finds jobs in something besides software. It’s a shame upon not just their company, but Great Britain as a whole. Truly miserable experience. If you want to sell garbage like this, at least price it like the garbage it is.

Don’t bother thinking the app will make things easier—it doesn’t. App screen got stuck in a loop of showing a list of connected speakers but would not take me past that. You are better off just using the physical button on the speakers, your bluetooth device, and the instruction manual PDF to get the speakers to do what you want them to do.
