I am a few days from egg retrieval and found this app about 2 weeks before we started our first IVF cycle, just in time to start the Prep 10 section. It’s been amazing. I have listened to 2-4 sessions a day, recently right after the morning injections. I have gained so much from 45-60 minutes of deep calm and connection to the IVF process and medications at the start of each day. I feel a deep sense of peace and anticipation for the next stages of IVF. It’s also helped me balance the competing pressures and demands of a difficult job and this most important phase of my life. Gordon has the most beautiful voice, and gives perfect guidance through each mindful meditation. I first heard him on the ‘Big Fat Negative’ podcast, and connected to the genuine intentions to help people and the deep experience of the fertility process that he showed. All the content I have benefitted from so far has been free and I will be glad to pay the small cost to access the next content I might need. I appreciate the thoughtful way the pricing works. You pay only where you successfully progress through treatment and the support for the most emotionally difficult outcomes is free. Thank you.

I have used this app during my first round of IVF and it helped me feel calm and positive about the process. It also helped me through hard and sad times. The structure means that you can use different parts of the app for different stages of the cycle. This means that you feel supported through the whole complicated process. Gordon’s voice is so comforting and lots of his words are actually great advice on how to deal with everyday life, not just the IVF process. We are currently on a FET cycle and I continue to use the app to help me through. I would highly recommend this app to anybody embarking on the process.

I am so glad that i came across this app. I found it about 4 weeks before we were to start our first cycle. I can honestly say that it has made the whole process much easier and i cannot believe how calm i have been throughout. The content is incredible. You are covered for every single part of the cycle. I have had my embryo transfer today and purchased the next two parts to get me through the two week wait. I see people are complaining about having to pay for this, which has surprised me. What’s a few quid in the grand scheme of things. It’s worth every single penny. I’ve really felt support from Gordon’s sessions. His honesty, kindness and knowledge really gets you through the whole process. Who know’s what the outcome of this cycle will be for me, but I am feeling so positive as the odds were against my husband and i, and i am putting my positivity partly to listening to this wonderful app. Thank you so much, i feel eternally grateful.

I love this app, amazing content, and love the accent, too! Unfortunately I’ve had to go through 4 unsuccessful IVF cycles, but the last 3 were made much calmer and ‘easier’ thanks to Gordon’s words and voice. Gordon knows what’s on our minds and provides a bubble of peace on a daily basis. I love the ‘5 Minutes to Calmness’ session, which I’ve used to calm down in times of crisis or unexpected pains. And for the first time yesterday I got to hear the ‘positive test result’ recording instead of my usual ‘negative test result’, and Gordon’s voice is helping me believe that I’m actually pregnant (age 43). So my IVF is currently on hold due to Covid. I came across this app and decided to start it now. Wow is all I can say. It’s wonderfully relaxing and really helps me to gather my thoughts. I’m working on the fertile mind and body connection at the minute and this app is helping me to believe in myself and my body. I fell that if I keep this app up I will be fully really to embrace IVF and the opportunity of a family that it brings. I really do love everything about what this app is trying to achieve. Highly recommended.
