For people who are visually impaired, the app designers really need to look at the images they use and the lack of understandable wording for people using voice over. If you are prepared to spend a long time looking around tapping on things to find out what they do without actually understanding, you will eventually managed to put in your order. However when you log in the next time to review your order, it’s pretty much impossible to understand the details. Design is needed to realise that voice-over struggles with reading pictures unless the coding is properly written behind it. It’s better than the website but there is a lot of room for improvement.

Been using Milk and More for a couple of years, but always via their website. However as of the time of writing (mid COVID 19) the website isn’t updating correctly so I looked for an app. I was pretty put off by the negative reviews but have found them to be rather Ill founded. Whilst the user interface is basic, it works exactly as you need. I can easily add to any of my 3 weekly delivery slots, all currently available items are shown within the shop and I can easily modify quantities or remove items from my existing regular order. Thank you Milk and More for providing such an excellent service during such a difficult time.

I so wanted to go back to having my milk delivered; a real reminder of one of the nicer things in my childhood. Sadly, this service is really hard work, not what I remember at all! This company must be the only one in the world to not have an email address that receives incoming mail, and the only app that doesn’t have a “contact us” feature. All they offer is a phone number that goes through to somewhere in Ireland (I’m in Essex) and takes ages to get through. I’m guessing they don’t want people to contact them because they’d be inundated with complaints about their deliveries... For instance, how helpful is it to be told there’s an item missing from your order several hours after it’s arrived? I rest my case.

Bit reluctant to use this app after reading the feedback, but have to say it was okay. Couldn’t access some of the items in the shop, however I placed an order for tomorrow, amended my regular order and paid with no issues (have checked the bank, money taken once - and the app brought up my stored card details, so it is linking with the regular desktop site). Just hope everything arrives as planned. If so, I shan’t bother to use the desktop site again - this is much better! 👍🏻

Click the link to request a new password and the email they send takes ages to arrive. By which time I’ve requested it again, and of course the original link then arrives but has expired because they’ve sent another reset link. Other companies send the password reset link immediately, why is Milk and More stuck in the digital dark age? Now I’ve got the password the app works like a dream, really easy to use and so upgraded my review from 1 star to 5
