I have been a loyal Uber user for quite some time now, and despite their sometimes questionable business practices I stick with them because it works. Until it doesn’t. I was tired of drivers accepting and then canceling rides even when outrageous surcharges are in effect (for instance when leaving a stadium). But I stuck it out because I figured other providers would be the same. Then a friend introduced me to Migo and on her recommendation I decided to give it a try. Boy was I surprised. When multiple providers compete, the user wins! My $45 ride home after a football game came down to a more reasonable (but still higher than average) $22. I am a convert.
I’ve been a user of Uber, Lyft, Car2Go and more - and was always a bit frustrated coming out of Sounders games and events in Seattle where I couldn’t just check for all the options quickly without switching apps (which isn’t quick). Migo just made my life better - and I even took a Seattle Yellow Cab yesterday when both Lyft and Uber were in surge pricing!! Thank you Migo. The only issue I can see right now is you need to add more cities like Chicago, Austin and St Louis to be my ‘perfect’ transportation app!
This has become one of my Go-To apps on my phone. It has saved me time/money and is quick/easy to use without needing to create an account before using it. - Besides the obvious Lyft/Uber price comparison, there’s public transit and bikes/scooters to save even more money. - Also when Lyft/Uber do price surges during peak times, you can check if taxi hailing apps would be cheaper. - The only reason, I gave 4 stars is because there is no Uber Pool or Uber Pool Express options being shown. Add this functionality and I can change to 5 stars.
It allows me to compare a lot of the on demand rides based on you current situation. Super useful as I don't need to open up all the ride apps to compare the current rate and locations, but the app will show information of every kinds of rides. There still are on demand rides services that's not been added, but I'm sure they will, and I'm looking forward for the further improvement.

Once they’re added to be shown, I’ll change to 5 stars.
