I installed of this app quite a while ago and was able to purchase tickets online. Lately when I try to purchase tickets online I get a message that says it cannot be determined where my location is so therefore since they don’t know if I’m in Michigan I cannot purchase tickets anymore. I went to location services to enable it on my iPhone 6s and the lottery app was not listed there so I couldn’t turn on location services for it.I contacted the Michigan lottery and they gave me a checklist of things to try but also mentioned that it’s possible that my network settings for some reason are not allowing me to do this any longer and they also said that they are doing something on their end to remedy this problem Which should be resolved by November 2018. I just deleted the app, and now I’m going to try to install it again and see if that helps.

I had this app for a little while and the app loads up but every time I click on something in the app the loading spinning symbol shows up and never goes away and the page never loads and I tried it on both WiFi and cellular data, (because I thought maybe my WiFi is slow), and then I refresh the app and that didn’t work so then I deleted and reinstalled the app and that didn’t work, and I have been doing that for a little while, so this app needs improvement on the speed/connection because again everything in the app won’t load.

Not sure what happened but logging in has become a HUGE issue. Either it never recognizes my password which I end up changing every other month because of this issue OR it constantly signs you out and doesn’t keep the Touch ID & “remember username”settings. Every time I log in, I have to use the password even though it’s set for Touch ID. It’s an annoying circle of hello, is it me you’re looking for?! I stopped using this app for SEVERAL months because of the location issue (yes, I’m in Michigan and yes, I have location settings ON.) Especially irritating when I finally use the app just to play Mega/Powerball when I forget to grab tickets while I’m out and it starts this logging in process of hell again. Speaking of logging in, it’s silly that you need to log in just to scan a ticket to see if you’re a winner or not. Deleting app.

App has become horribly slow and sluggish. Sign in is a pain and won’t remember your credentials or allow you to remain logged in. Let alone the Touch ID login still doesn’t work leaving a tedious log in process every time (iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 7 & iPhone 8 on iOS 10/11/now 12)... App lacks simple use of built in location abilities of the iPhone while using app, instead rejects most WiFi’s including my local McDonald’s and Burger King! All cellular based WiFi ‘s and still constantly wants location data from phone carriers rather than the obvious built in gps! Not to mention the coupon section, great it’s there but how about being able to clear out coupons you’ve already used!!

I am not happy with this new app. The fast forward and back buttons and the hot and cold numbers are not available anymore?? This is horrible to have to sit there and wait for each game to come up when you want to watch past games to see if you won. I would like to see the ability to enter your beginning ticket number and 20 draws and be able to hit the fast forward button and all the numbers appear go onto the next game without having to watch each game load one by one. If you can get the old way back I’ll play again but until then I’m done.
