What I love most about this app is its random disfunction of the TouchID feature. Why even bother including it as a feature if it inexplicably will turn off? To the development team, please fix this before making any further updates to the app.

Anywayssssss, the app works great for me, I’m able to log in with my Touch ID and sign in manually just fine (I read another review lol). I’m able to make transfers perfectly fine between my accounts, but I wish there was a way to add checks to my account like Santander can. Metro banks aren’t local like Bank of America’s or citizens banks. So by the time I get out of work , the banks are already closed, and I can’t cash my check after work. :(

Great app and easy to navigate. Having the credit score feature helps to keep an eye on your credit without having to constantly get credit report updates.

It is the best invention (and better than bread and butter) for the fact that I can pay my bills, transfer funds, while wearing a nightgown, in the comfort of my bedroom. No more waiting till the Credit Union opens, during business hours, to make a transaction. FIVE STARS.

For those of you having issues logging in, I found that if I cancel Face ID or touch, and log in with password it fixes the issue moving forward. Just an FYI. App does what it is supposed to do, but far from perfect compared to other better known banks.
