listen, this app has potential to great. its got a nice appeal with the colors and all but if were honest it's a useless app. it serves me better to open Safari and go to the website. the app it tells me my auto policy isn't viewable on the phone? whats the point of even having a app if i cant see my policy or pay my policy. when i had State Farm, you could pay, get roadside, view ID cards have contact numbers, and view your policy. PLEASE make a dedicated insurance app and leave the dental for a benefits package app.

It serves me no purpose. I have supplemental insurance and my dental insurance through MetLife. I can’t really view claims nor submit claims. I wanted to simply submit my wellness health screening claim to get my incentive payment but I was not able. The only thing you have to do is fill out a form and upload your EOB or Dr bill. It seems simple enough but NO. I swore I was able to do it last year but I must be mistaken. In any case the only thing I can do is confirm I have insurance. I guess that counts for something....in this case 1 star.

The app keeps directing you to the website over and over and over again. After a lot of back and forth and info after info after info I get the message that my policy cannot be displayed. Thank you for wasting my time. Btw the text from the security questions doesn’t fit the phone screen so I have no idea what are the full security questions I chose. Thought this was a mobile version?

I use mine for my auto and home policies and can pull up my ID Cards and declarations pages with ease. My auto is setup on automatic withdrawal so I do not use the pay option, which seems to be the only complaint.

Clearly the company for whatever reason does not care or listen to its customers. Reading over the reviews for their app the majority are all 1 or 2 stars. The company is one of the largest in the insurance and investment industry yet they can’t afford to hire someone or company that knows app design.. Absolutely Ridiculous.. They updated the app in the last 24/48 hours and it won’t even load... Get your crap together!!!
