Ridiculous despite the coronavirus outbreak which lead people to be at home at much as possible and your stores that are closed together with other payment centers you still charged us transaction fee. You should be thankful since we still decided to pay on time even with these hardships and return the fee that you billed us! Aside from that it’s outrageous to know that we can’t view our bill online because we just recently created an account! That doesn’t make any sense!

Kudos to Meralco for having this application handy to its consumers. However, a lot more improving is needed to cater user expectation. For one, multiple tab inside the app will redirect the user to Meralco’s website when clicked. I found this an inconvenience since it defeat the purpose of such app, one rather go directly to the website without using the app. This should be rectified on the next update. It will one become a convenient app if no redirecting will occur in the near future. Other options seem amicable enough. I will change my review rate once update to address aforementioned issue had been release, until then I am giving 2⭐️’s.

Giving 4 stars due to the statement bill is not available in the app. The statement bill must appear not only the unpaid amount. This is to be transparent and for us to see our consumption for the month covering period. This app is only convenient now due to covid19 lockdown and also if the payer is outside the country since payment by credit card is available. For the meantime, I will not subscribe for your paperless bill and I will only pay after receiving the written statement bill delivered to our house.

I appreciate Meralco for working on this app. There’s a lot to improve but you’ll get there for sure. I’m overseas and I’m glad that I’m able to settle payments thru the app. Lessening the hassle for my parents to get out of the house and do the payment. For now, I would say add the saving of payment info esp credit cards. Great help for consumers! Thanks, Meralco. 5 star next time 😬

I installed the app and was able to register and pay in 5 minutes tops. I love that you can pay via various payment channels like crèdit, dèbit cards, Gcash, Paymaya, etc. You can even pay overdue bills without the hassle of going to Meralco business centers. Very convenient specially when you are out of the country. Giving the app five stars for the seamless experience.
