"Mental Rec" is app that manages your mood,waking time,bedtime,events and examinations.You can check anytime by charts or list. For ill person When examined,do you remember the details from previous visits? Do you remember how much time bad condition? Do you remember when you take dose of medicine? How often that happens panic attacks, overeat,vomiting etc? It is important in treatment that you understand your condition, and you tell the doctor exactly.
