I have qualms with MFCU overall, but that isn’t why I’m rating this app poorly. The app looks and works very poorly, and there’s no way to transfer money without a bill pay service or going to a physical location. This app can only SEND to an external account, even though it both says and leads you to believe it can pull funds externally. This leads me to have to send a physical check to make a payment every month versus paying via another bank account like I do for EVERY OTHER SERVICE IVE EVER USED online. The navigation is super disorganized and doesn’t work well for user experience.

I love that I can check my balance at anytime, transfer funds and make payments from my finger tips. The only thing I would love to have added is a text message alerts for deposit and withdraw notifications as soon as the funds have been either deposited or a transaction has occurred. Other then that it’s a great app!!

Transferring money is the same annoying long and confusing (for the untrained eye) as it’s always been with any bank institution but I prefer using my cash app for that anyway. When MFCU updates their ability to simplify transferring money and makes buying and trading stocks an implementation as accessible and simplified as it should be in modern times then I will uninstall the app mentioned later and rate MFCU with a 5 star. Not holding my breathe but satisfied none the less. :)

All in all the app is pretty good, the mobile check deposit leaves something to be desired. It usually takes at least 3 tries for it to read and process everything correctly. I’ve had to go into the CU several times and just have them deposit the check.

This app works perfect there’s lots of options touch ID is a good sign an option I have no issues with it I’ve had no problems with it it works perfectly the layout is nice navigation is nice and the way it releases the information and you can set reminders and notifications makes it a really great app
