Medibank Live Better

I really like this app because it keeps me focused on my health and fitness goals. It’s not just on one aspect either but on the importance of physical mental and emotional well-being. I like being able to record the good things I’m doing every day and earning points towards goals. I am hoping to get enough to get an Apple Watch and I’m nearly there so that’s pretty amazing and motivating me to get out on my long walks and eat healthy and drink water even now that it’s getting colder lol. Great app. 👍

This app is ridiculously slow. I’ve just tried to add my activities for today and it took about 45 minutes. I had to close and reopen the app about 6 times. So much for my enjoyable walk! It also chewed through my battery. It went through 40% of my iPhone battery when I added today’s data and selecting new challenges for the week. Only other thing it was doing was playing music that’s on my phone (not streaming). Please fix this so it can be an enjoyable experience again! It’s a great concept, especially once I worked out how to earn decent points. One other issue- how does it calculate a wellness score?? I am one of the fittest people I know, I eat a balanced diet, rarely drink, don’t smoke, socialise with friends and family etc... yet my score is ‘below average for me age and gender’!?!?! Not sure I could be doing any more. 🤔

App was okay to use in the beginning tracking activity was easier and faster. Fitbit would tracked automatically and that’s was the motivation to keep up with challenges. However since November last year app has been painfully slow. Sometime it’s takes over an hour just to launch the app. Yesterday it toke almost 5 hours to manually add an activity. I have spend the whole of today just to get the app running but was unsuccessful. The app also keep closing unexpectedly. For this reason I have given up in tracking activities for February. Hope this issue get resolved soon, so we can all go back to using the app happily.

For an app to support any of your health and well being goals, this is a must have. I love it and am thankful that it tracks my daily tasks. I can join a pre arranged goal, and there is plenty of them, or even set my own goals, not to mention the rewards on offer. Can’t beat getting rewarded for looking after your health. Thank you Medibank 😀

I have some activities which I cannot add as the track button is greyed out and then I have either to delete the challenge or have a low tracking record at the end of it.... it’s a shame as I like the challenges given. Further it is a shame that we can only use the redeemed points once a year. Hope the developers and Medibank will change some things to make it more Usenet friendly and that you can get some out of the redeemed points for being a long term valued user of the private health fund
