Measures Unit Converter

This is easily one of the best and most useful apps around. Highly versatile and very stable over many years. Minor bug in iOS 11 release fixed within days and now perfect again. Highly recommended.

Have recently moved over to this app upon friends recommendation and have not looked back. The interface is easy to use and has amazing customisation options. It puts to shame the other (multitude) of conversion apps out there and fully deserves the praise and awards it has won. Frequently updated, you wont be disappointed in purchasing this great app at a bargain price.

I evaluated a heap of conversion programs, and this one is the best. But there is always room for improvement. This app would be even better if the converted value was in a slightly bigger font, and if the symbols at the bottom of the customisable lists were explained in the Instructions. I have played with them and their behaviour is still not obvious to me. The degree of customisation in this app is a big plus, as one can readily filter out all the categories and conversions that you would never use. The interface is simple and powerful. There is a small bug when scrolling the Units lists to nominate which ones you want included in any one Category - the unit at the bottom of the list cannot be scrolled up far enough to allow selection or deselection.

I have about ten conversion applications from the store, which might lead you to question my sanity to write a review, or might lead you to consider that this one really is the best. I sat down with two iPhones and compared apps side by side until I had a winner on intuitive use, speed, flexibility of operations and a strong range of conversions. Measures won.

The application has lots of measurements - which is great. However, it is annoying when you go back to the last category and it does not remember the last used conversion. So, for instance if you are only interested in US to Australian currency conversion, the next time you select this option, you need to reset this category. Gets very annoying quickly when it is frequently used! This happens across all categories. Developers, please consider this enhancement in your next version release.
