Meal Reminders

I have a busy schedule and I don’t always remember to eat meals. This app is so simple and helpful I really have improved. My only issue is that while the simplicity appeals to me, I wish there was better tracking built into the app. I’d like to be able to look back over the days, weeks or months and see my habits. To see which meals I ate in a day and even what times I checked in (if I was on time with my schedule or not) This is honestly the best app I’ve found so far to give me helpful reminders and have a simple interface which encourages me to meet daily goals. It just would be helpful to see how well I’ve been doing over a period of time at meeting those goals.

I’m a new user and I love the simplicity of the design. In all of the apps I looked at to help me remember to eat, this one was the best. I appreciate how it’s straightforward, simple, and easy to setup and use. At first I thought that it didn’t have any sound notifications for meal reminders, but then realized my ringtone button was switched to off. Now I’m getting simple dings. I love that the sound effect is as simple as the rest of the design. I’m looking forward to upgrading to premium to use more customizable functions. Thanks for making a simple, affordable app that gets the job done.

With a busy schedule, I always fail to feed myself and already lost several pounds after a hard work of weight gain. I would say I only eat two meals a day with zero snacks in between. So, I installed this app today in hopes that it will change! The idea of meal reminder notifying you is brilliant. The whole interface is pretty simple and neat, although I would suggest adding different color themes for users to choose from - rather than just orange.

Before the free version of this app was recommended, I wouldn’t have guessed a dedicated Meal Reminder would be so useful or effective. But, I’ve been trying to eat healthier, not just more regularly, and my custom labels now include small and subtle reminders to have a “breakfast smoothie”, a “veggie lunch”, “protein break” or “nutty snack” and the like scattered throughout the week. I’m also tweaking a couple of special purpose plans, i.e. a leaner plan, a vitamin plan and a higher energy plan. Custom reminder labels are the key. By adding customizable labels and swappable plans they’ve made the Premium upgrade a ‘no brainer’. It’s perfect for my use case. And, kudos to the devs for being uncommonly polite and responsive to comments and suggestions!

I struggle with the 3 large meals a day and often miss my mark but with this app it’s been keeping me diligent and actively reminding my body to eat. I have to eat about 4-5 meals a day plus snacks in between to get my meals in and keep a natural healthy weight and this definitely helps.
