Bad tracking and sometimes shows delivered when in fact they have not. Compared to other food apps, this app is no where near the tracking.

I’ve been trying to order from the app since saturday but whenever I open it, it does not seem to go beyond the logo on the screen. Gets stuck there. It’s been 3 days. I’ve tried various connections and redownloading the app but nothing has worked on effort from my part. This issue needs to get fixed asap because it’s quite an issue to look up for the deals on the internet then call then place the order.

Expect over an hour wait. If you order from the app they wait until it is worth the driver’s time, they bring multiple orders at 1 time- food is habitually late and cold. Customer service does nothing to help- if you get through. I know one customer is nothing to McDonald’s, but never again for my family in Singapore. Terrible experience multiple times.

Unable to register using the app. Used the website instead. App didn’t require an account anyways.
