ask user to change the rating

There is no place to rest your password or find user name. I had everything saved but it logged me out. Cannot get back in now. No place to ask to rest the password or find user name. Very frustrating.

The app logged me out. No password reset. No option with a number to call. Nothing to help get back in. 7,000 steps today but it’s only counting 4500 steps. This is costing us money because we aren’t getting the accurate steps to apply to our benefits being discounted because of it. If I could give less than 1 stars I would and sad thing is there is no option to use a different app because Cleveland Clinic for some reason chose this app. So I guess I will have to call someone to get it reset even though a password reset option is one of the easiest parts of an app to develop. Terrible application.

I wish there was a way to reset credentials in the app. The support staff was easy enough to work with but it just took more time.

It is not syncing correctly with my activity from my Apple Watch. My health insurance premium depends on this app tracking it correctly and it is significantly less than my actually steps on my watch. I have tried refreshing multiple times and still no luck. Please try to figure this out ASAP

The app kicked me out and I it will not allow me to log back in. There is nowhere to reset your password. I tried to reinstall and it did not fix the problem.
