MayaCalendar© - Version iPhone©/iPod© So the Maya people just disappeared mysteriously several hundreds years before the Spanish people arrival in Central America. But the fact is the Maya calendar remains and still continues to cycle up to the end of the world - that was on December 12 2012 - and at the end of the Long Count 12.19.19.17.19. So it sounds like the world is still on going and the Long Count continues so. We start a new 4500 years cycle. Today, we are almost on 13... something. That application displays the Maya calendar, its related Long Count (main calendar), the administrative Tzolkin and Haab calendars (regular Maya year), the Maya days and Julian days (back home) and the regular current date (our classical calendar). It permits also to convert all these different dates/days between them accordingly. So from the Long Count to Maya or Julian days up to our current date and any combinations of them. Please enjoy.
