I’ve been a member here since I started flying my Mavic and before that in the Phantom forums. Great group with loads of helpful and extremely knowledgeable pilots. To be sure, we have our share of snot-rags and trolls but we can generally take care of ourselves. Feels like the moderators get their panties in a twist a bit to often. They might take a bit more time to query their group members to see if punitive measures are necessary. Having said that, I really believe they care about forums and want us all to rise above the iffy behavior we see here sometimes. Not saying to leave it a free for all. Just take a step back more often. Overall keep up the good work we all need good forums.

The app is good and there is a wealth of useful information on the Mavic and drone piloting in general. What is not good is the moderators on the forums. They are way to involved and their censorship is almost communist like. They frequently edit and remove posts when they don't agree with the posters views. They also close down topics when "they" decide the topic is done even though the topic is very active. People disagree on topics and sometimes disagree and there are times good things come from those disagreements and solutions to problems are found through those discussions. What happens on this forum is the mods delete the posts and lock the topic. This leaves a forum where only opinions that the mods agree with are allowed. I have never been on a forum where the moderators presence was was so dominant. I'm sure if the moderators have control over reviews that this review will be deleted. I posted a message similar to this review on the forum and it was removed within minutes. After I posted it someone posted "countdown to deletion 10, 9, 8 ..." and sure enough it was deleted a few minutes later. Forums should be open to express your ideas and viewpoints not a place where only views that are shared by the moderators are allowed.

It just covers the entire aspect of the mavic. What i like best is when something goes wrong a host of members dive into data and let the pilot know where the drone is if lost or what the pilot did wrong OR if they feel it was a failure on mavics part Great group of people all sharing their experiences on many subjects

This app has been a wealth of information for a new quad flyer! Everything from flight settings to camera and video settings...it's all in here! You have questions??? The forum has answers! Most everyone has been extremely helpful with whatever you need help with! Love this app and this forum! And my Mavic Pro!!

Great forum for expressing thoughts, ideas and the sharing of some great information. I learn something new every time I open this app..My thanks to the administrators and the forum members for their abilities to communicate such valuable knowledge.
