Welcome to Matilda, a leading endometriosis digital health platform co-designed with expert clinicians, researchers, and people with endometriosis, for people with confirmed or suspected endometriosis. Matilda is an all-in-one solution revolutionising the non-surgical, non-pharmacological care of endometriosis. The platform includes Symptom and lifestyle tracking A library of evidence-based learning modules A community of endo-warriors And access to specialised clinicians via Q&A sessions and live and on-demand classes. Understand your chronic disease, learn how to improve it, and turn that information into action with a supportive community and endometriosis expert clinicians. SYMPTOM & LIFESTYLE TRACKER Endometriosis is a whole-body condition and therefore requires a whole-body tracker. Understand your symptoms - from fatigue to bowel movements to pain - and how these interact with your cycle. With Matilda, you can track all your endometriosis symptoms utilising qualitative and quantitative measures, helping you gain valuable insights into how they relate and allowing you to better communicate your condition with your care team. With wearable integrations and machine learning insights on the roadmap, we’ll soon be taking the guesswork out of understanding the link between your lifestyle and your endometriosis, and providing you with individualised insights into your condition. LEARNING MODULES Do you have endometriosis but don’t know what that means? Or why your bowels are behaving like a bee in a bottle? Learn about your condition, common and less common symptoms, the role of holistic care, and how to implement holistic, conservative care from a library of evidence-based resources. Science is important to Matilda and our relationships with leading Universities mean our platform is not only evidence-based but evidence-generating to close the gender-pain-research gap. COMMUNITY Isolated, lost, or experiencing a lack of validation? Matilda surrounds you with the ‘Tilly Tribe’ to cheer you on on your bad days, good days, and all the days in between. Share your successes, challenges, and questions with a community of peers going through similar experiences. CONNECT/CLASSES Matilda places you at the centre of care, surrounded by peers and endometriosis experts. Attend and ask questions at monthly Q&A sessions with expert clinicians, learn from webinars, or take the decision-making out of it and attend our live or on-demand classes to turn knowledge into power. Stretch with a Physiotherapist on Sunday, plan your meals with a Dietician on Monday, or be mindful with a counsellor on Wednesday (or all three)… the choice is yours. At Matilda, we inclusively blend education, connection, and action… like a mind-body Peloton gym membership, but for your endometriosis… and we’re just getting started!
