App is simple to use. Just wish there was a full fledged iPad app rather than an iPhone app made to be compatible with the iPad. It’d help. :-)

Honestly, this was a huge disappointment. I loved the setup of this app, and my family found it rather easy to navigate. HOWEVER, what wasn’t clear at the start was that there was only a short period of time (I think a week and a half?), where the access to the app was free. Now we’re locked out. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not demanding everything be free. Good work SHOULD be paid for. BUT. The rates they charge are outrageous for any family with more than 2 people. My family is large — there’s no way we could afford pay for access for everyone to use it. Please, add to your description that this is a subscription-based service. Don’t advertise it as free if it’s not.

Takes a little bit to get you and whoever else setup. However, that's my only complaint. I setup an account for my elderly father and synced my sister and I to the account. It's great for allowing him to have one location to write down doctor's notes, questions for the doctor (which we all have from time to time), and anything he needs for his home or in general. It allows my sister and I to see what is going on in real time (especially with dr. apts.), and helps him to remember what he needs to do, ask, say, etc. Also, it's great for the holidays because instead of trying to reach my wife while she's at work, or vice versa, we have lists for each location we frequent (e.g. grocery store, Lowe's, etc.) and what we need. So, when one of us is near one of the stores, we know exactly what to get, and can check it off with realtime updates to each other. The groceries is also now a breeze. When you check off something, it does not delete. It goes into a "checked" column, which for us allows us to uncheck something, like milk or bread, when we need it again. This again allows us to see what is needed in realtime without even being in the house, or even better already at the store.

Decent user experience on iPhone, but horrible on iPad. Excited that it has the ability to assign items to users, but overall UX has a few bugs.

I cannot keep my lists organized anymore without this app! It is so useful for any list you need to make for your busy life. I love being able to share it with my husband,especially the grocery list. We both know what we need at home at all times and it's easy to tagteam the list when we are at the store together or separately.
