Mama Tracker is a pregnancy app created under the guidance of a qualified doctor. MAIN FEATURES OF THE APP FOR EXPECTANT MOTHERS: - Fetal kick counter - Kick statistics and history, with notes - Hospital bag checklist - Contraction counter and timer - Export data in PDF format - Helpful articles - Different app themes EXPECTANT MUM Who should count the baby's movements and why? The baby's activity usually peaks around 32 weeks, then decreases as the baby grows and has less room to move in the womb. Feeling regular movements is a sign that the baby is doing well. If the mother notices a clear decrease in movements, it may be a warning sign. That is why, from 28–30 weeks until delivery, obstetricians and gynaecologists often recommend tracking fetal movements as one way to monitor the baby's condition. BABY'S KICKS The kick counter will help you: - Track the baby's activity by the hour - Learn about different methods of counting movements - Create notes for kick-counting sessions - Share the history file with your obstetrician or gynaecologist HOSPITAL BAG For your convenience, we’ve divided the hospital bag checklist into 6 categories. Check off items you’ve packed, add your own, or remove what you don’t need. This way, you won’t forget anything important. CONTRACTIONS The contraction timer helps you know if labour has started. Based on the timing and progress of your contractions, you’ll know whether it’s time to go to the hospital or if you can stay home a little longer. ARTICLES In the "Articles" section, we publish up-to-date information for expectant mothers. You can ask questions and leave comments on any article. Pregnancy is a miracle. We do our best for you.
