I am a bit addicted to this game. I’ve tried many others and keep coming back to this one. I prefer the graphics, the sound, and the music above all the others. I like the competition and though it could be very expensive, I manage to keep the spending to a minimum. I feel some spending is an even trade off to being bombarded with adds!! I still enjoy playing even when I don’t win! That said - Just a couple things..... 1) I was drawn to the graphics and preferred my previous version with the old tiles... any chance you’ll bring that back? 2) my app keeps dying on me! I can’t play on a blank screen! Help with that would be great!

The points system is hard to figure out. You can’t use your points to get anything, and it seems like it doesn’t accumulate your points anyway. You think you’re getting somewhere, but when you try to use any of the “boosters”, the damned store pops up, and you can’t do anything unless you feed money into the damned thing. Also, it’s frustrating as heck to be PUT at the level the game wants you, when dueling. I prefer to choose the level I want, and get all the stars of one level before I go to the next level. Apparently this is not an option in dueling. I prefer to work on getting all the stars on say, level 4, but it plops me into a duel on level 7 or something. Dueling should count just as a tournament does, in regards to points. You should be able to finish the level you choose, with EITHER dueling with one person OR a tournament with 4 people. There’s no choice for how you prefer to finish a level, and that’s very frustrating. This game charges money for things that come standard with most other versions of Majhong. You have to pay to shuffle, pay to shadow the tiles, pay for EVERYTHING, because you can’t get anything with your points. Again, not that it accumulates points anyway... I am dumping this one.

It’s a great and addictive game. They charge for everything and to get ahead, you need to spend a lot. There’s often a delay in using a booster and you can lose a lot by getting “charged” double when you hit it again after you think it didn’t take. I also wonder about the rating system and if it’s designed to have you spend more to try to stay in the top. My BF downloaded the game after I sent him an invitation from the game and we have never been in the same list or been able to find each other in the ranking. Feels a bit scammy. I would get a subscription or play more if it wasn’t so costly though. I’ll be deleting this game.

I love the competition angle on this app. It’s nice that you can earn boosts and things by winning the rounds. However...I am deleting the app. What would make me stay? Several thing 1. Auto countdown clocks on the treasure chests. I thought I clicked on before going to bed last night to start the 4 hour wait time. When I opened the app this morning, I had to start it over. 2. The ability to swap treasure chests in your queue. I got a better chest winning a round but my queue was full. I had to delete the better chest instead of one already there. 3. Solo mode. If these 3 tings were different I would probably keep playing. But now, I only play one or two rounds a day in order to not miss out on better prizes.

I'll be the first to admit I get addicted to puzzle games easily. This kind is one of my favorites. I often find myself going back into my Facebook profile deleting the random advertisements that this game offers in exchange for free points. The few stars are in exchange for the shame I personally feel as a game addict, as well as for the weird game Dynamics that make it difficult to be social. I find that this particular game is very easy to become anti social with. I would not say this is the intent of the game designer, but probably something that is incidental.
