The newest apps update is not available for the old version iPad, while the apps also not allow users to use the old version as well. It is totally unconsolidated and not friendly to those who are still using the old iPad or iPhone. Would be great if they can consider this point before launching the update and making such request to users.

Can HKJC stop force to request the location service before login if user not willing to turn it on, otherwise the app cannot be used finally

My dad using old version iPad and couldn't update or dowdload again after HKJC updated the new version.. is this app only available for new iphone user? I can't tell whats the benefits to exclude all the old-fashioned ppl!!!! Especially you guys mostly customers is from that age!! Really disappointed!

Old version cannot be used. New version cannot be downloaded! Now I can save a lot of money for not betting. Thank you HKJC staff!

It is inconvenient to ask for login name, password and then a secret question every time one wants to use HKJC app! Can't you adopt Touch ID for iPhone users??? Why does HKJC checks for location when one uses iPhone app? One can use a browser on iPhone to bypass location restriction. So what's the point of checking location??
