This app feels old and everything is slow and outdated. The interface is slow and buggy while some parts of the app don’t even work properly. It gets what needs to be done, but the entire makeup makes me want to stop using it. I think we need a complete revamp, but don’t make it too complicated on us. Just make it simple, easy, and fast. Login, do what you need, and log out. Nothing more simple than that. Emphasis on fast by the way, no buggy navigating through lists.

I use an iPhone 8 plus. I have used apps from 6 different brokerages and at least as many banks and I never have trouble with this app. I confess I don’t deposit paper checks through here and that seems to be the function with the most complaints. I do wish I could view account history back 2 years but most banks seem to be sorely limited on that score. Mobile ThinkorSwim Trader is the other top notch financial app I use. But who would think a little credit union would have such a winner.

I think the app might need a bug fix and update for the iPhone XR. I tried to look up a solution or setting change on my end to try to fix the problem I’m having but have found nothing. When I try to do a mobile deposit, as soon as I try to take pictures of my check, the camera opens but blurs out the view and says “Fullscreen is required.” But I don’t have fullscreen turned off or anything so I’m not sure why it’s telling me that. And then it won’t allow me to properly take a photo of the check for it to be processed. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have used the app for years without issue and recently I cannot get into my app. It will receive my Face ID and show a check mark and then it won’t open my account. It is extremely frustrating when I need to check it quickly or move funds for a time sensitive payment. I try it over and over again and sometimes I can’t get in at all. Extremely frustrating to not have access to my bank account like I normally do.

This app is fantastic! My wife & I live about 2hrs from the closest branch as we have moved out of the area and we still use members 1st for our daily banking needs. This app makes it so easy to continue with them. I HAVE had some issues with mobile deposit but not enough to take a star away. We LOVE the app and highly recommend it.
