dear developer. At me yes and not only at me I think is to you the big request, Russify please in general an offer. and my score will immediately grow by 5 stars and I think that not only will I change my assessment and many other users.

Leumi is constantly proud to be the digital banking leader in Israel. However, other banks stepped up and left Leumi’s app far behind when it comes to update rates, app UI, functionality and design. Issues that I find in the app: 1. Not flowing, many lags, stuttering when scrolling down. 2. Animation is too slow, moving between pages, waiting for the menu to load every time - unbearable. 3. Buttons such as ‘אישור’, ׳סיים, are positioned not wisely on the screen, you need to move your finger all over the place. 4. Many pages miss the back button. 5. The quick look and log in is not intuitive - who needs all these animations? bring up Face ID immediately when opening the app and log us in. 6. No widget. 7. Overall the app is very slow. 8. No English version - big disadvantage. 9. No where in the app and the website, you can leave designated feedback for the app. Just to make it clear, I have several accounts with Leumi and Discount. I can tell you, nicely, that you can learn a lot from Discount app. They have a state of the art app - regularly maintained. If it helps, I use an iPhone X, iOS 12.3. Hoping to see big changes, Thank you.

Please do something with battery consumption, one-two percent decrease per minute it’s a lot, and my iPhone 7 gets terribly hot while using the app. Responsiveness also needs improvement. It’s totally ok if some operations might take time, but usually I need several times to touch the same control to activate it. My suggestion - less animations, like moving frames etc., better user experience, better buttons. As example - now I’ve tried to enter the app - I had to touch 4 times on the button, and after it 4 times in order to switch between my bank accounts.

The app is really terrible for multiple reasons: 1) the animations are terribly slow, with every single tap you need to wait few seconds. 2) the chat page is completely destroyed, it’s so buggy that copy and paste rarely works and the scrolling is shuttered not to mention the awful design of it and the missing features just like inserting an image/file. 3) The app needs to follow the tradition and provide support for 3D touch and widget view. 4) when opening the app no need to press the login button every single time and to wait for scanning my fingerprint, just do it like PayPal, it logs you automatically. To Sum Up; This app is a total disappointment when it comes to digital banking that you should really reconsider rebuilding it from the ground.

Thanks to the developers! You did a great job, this app gives functionality any regular person needs. Each function works fine, fast and exactly as it should. I don’t need to visit bank anymore.
