Lunar Mission

The updated app is simply one of the best game apps I've ever played on my iPad. The original was fun and challenging, but this takes it to a whole new level. The graphics and sound improvements are subtle, but definitely enhance the experience. But the best thing is the addition of two new ships. The traditional lander is challenging, but in a good way, not in a frustrating way. But the scout has become my favorite ... it is an absolute HOOT to fly, because it's so fast, responsive and deceptively stable (I say deceptively because it IS possible to throw off its balance, and when that happens, it gives you quite the shot of adrenaline). My only complaint, and the only thing stopping me short of 5 stars, is that pop-up ads come at the most inopportune moment — just as you're starting a level. I've found that if you've already applied thrust when the ad pops up, then once the ad is done, you sometimes return to the game to find your ship already under power and accelerating. I don't mind pop-up ads, but I wish they would come at the end of or between levels. Other than that minor complaint, this is an excellent game.

The new update that adds 2 more spaceships gives this game more variety and adds to the fun. Also, I love how the rocks in the background move at different rates. This gives it a sense of depth and makes the game pleasant to look at.

Physics, smoothness and basic game play are great. Ads are horrendous. Non-stop. One. After. Another. And no way to get rid of them. My biggest game play gripe is about level 14 using the lunar module. The LM is the hardest, I get it. Should be a challenge. As you play the game, things are going along, tunnels and the spinning things with. I explanation but ok they add some challenge. Then you hit level 14 with the heat seeking killer dot. Not sure what the heck that thing is but I’d love to see video of someone besting that thing on the LM in this game. The difficulty level from level 13 to 14 is off the charts. I’d say impossible but I know there is someone out there that out in the necessary 80 hours to master that thing. For me, time to move on.

I've been a developer for years and a game dev too... I can't believe another coder.. A game developer no less, a advertisement that shows during gameplay causing death and lose... So this game randomly crashes you mid play... Can't even finish level one without one or two ads... I'd grade the programming work.. The game part that is.. The advertising monetization implementation looks like it was done by a one year programming rookie

On iPad Pro game show a black band across the center of the screen. Also too many adds. You’ve crippled the experience however well done on graphics. Pity it’s unusable!
