I guess this is an ok app (probably a little better than most government apps) but one thing that bugs me, apart from the wrong pin message at times when I know it’s the correct one and hanging/crashing sometimes, is the fact you cannot look at what you can purchase. It only shows you what you can buy online with the current funds you have in your ‘bank’. Why not show how much tickets cost to buy? So then you can transfer funds in to cover the purchase. One would think this would help Lotterywest sell more. Just sayn...,

I really want to like this app; however after using it for around 12 months, I’m more disappointed than pleased. I can never log in to my account when there’s a hint of a jackpot. Tonight was 8 million, and hours after the draw I still can’t log in. This happens every single time. And your maintenance breaks, it’s 10pm after a Powerball jackpot draw and now you’re on a maintenance break. I think going back to the good old tried and tested lotto shop weekly visit is the way it’s going to have to be. At least until this app can become more helpful rather than a hindrance to the joy of me finding out if I’ve won anything.. please sort it out.. surely it can’t be that difficult in this day and age..

An app of the quality one expects from a government run monopoly. To be fair it mostly works and it’s reasonably intuitive but occasionally it will produce an error and the game will have to be re-purchased with new numbers. It’s down for maintenance relatively often and checking results after a big draw just hangs with no results. This clears after a few hours implying a capacity problem with the servers. If you live in WA you really don’t have a choice and it’s more convenient and secure than paper tickets so what is there to do? And note that the Terms and Conditions (11.9) say they can publish your name and address if you win unless you opt out in writing but the legal rules/regulations (rule 51) appears to say they can’t publish unless the winner gives permission in writing. They probably need to clarify that...

This app is fantastic for what it is meant to do. Sure there are small bugs (like server connection etc), but they aren’t a big issue. It is time for some increased functionality though. Some improvement ideas: -Allow the purchase of multiple favourites in 1 go (I.e. select multiple favourites, then purchase). -Allow a slikpik format (inc systems) favourite to be added.

I’ve had this app since the start, across multiple manufacturers and operating systems and it does a really great job I also like that it’s developed locally and feedback is always received politely, no matter how crazy my ideas are 😂
