If I could give negative stars I would. The app is terrible. It takes forever to load and the video is very jerky, paused and slow. Most of the time none of the images load and when they do they show images from days ago until it updates to show current. I’m sorry I ever purchased these cameras, while they may be great the app is terrible and that was the whole reason I wanted cameras with a mobile app for viewing.

It would be nice if it even worked on the latest iOS. The home system works great and I wanted to have the ability to watch from my phone but this app it’s so bad you are lucky it even starts on the phone. If I would have know this I would have chosen a different brand. Do your self a favor and look into others.

The app works great when you first open the app it shows you a snapshot of your cameras. But if you press the square in the top corner it’ll show the live preview. I have 16 cameras no problem with live viewing.

This app is extremely slow and very glitchy. I go to check something out and it take 5 plus mins to load by then. What i was looking for is gone. Horrible update fast or will switch to a bew camera system!!!!!!

App used to work great now it crashes can view playback layout is hard to view bring back the earlier version didn’t need improvement!!!!!!!?
