There’s no refresh option in the app which I think can easily be integrated to our help. At times, we might accidentally see the water in filter is over around midnight and when done the recharge, we donot see the water coming immediately or may be it takes hours to a day to reflect the payment and then process the water to filter despite doing the recharge. So I feel real time refresh option on the app as soon as we do the payment and the water gets started pouring in will be greatly helpful. Thank you

Th concept of having a view into your water usage is so good. The fact that a water purifier came with the ability to provide data points required for it is so much better. But where the idea fails is the terrible terrible UI that dominates every aspect of application. There’s absolutely no dynamic behaviour is Maps. All the great data pinged by the purifier goes to waste due to lack of imagination by the developers of app. It’s disappointing to see such pathetic visualisation of data. There’s no way to visualise data or look at any other details except what’s shown on a single page of the app. If livepure really intends to make any dent, they first need to look for developers who have some sense design, data visualisation otherwise it’ll remain a Name sake app.

Response to developer: Name: Aditya Swaminathan Mobile number ending: 2621 —- Was a regular customer till March 2020. Was stuck in another state due to the lockdown. Premise: Livpure charges for Water, not for device right ? No!! So they were calling me to take the purifier back and I told them once I’m back I would like to continue, besides there’s no one in the house so you won’t be able to take the device back I came back to bangalore and promptly recharged my subscriptions. The app never said any duration etc. I recharged and expected water. They took my money promptly and then I get a msg that your subscription for March 2020 is paid. We are in August ! You expect me to pay for 5 months for Water that I haven’t consumed ! I’d agree if you are rentomojo who’s charging for product, but you are charging for water !! Best part is they never said what I am paying for .. if I had known I’m paying for March/April, I would have just asked them to take the device back.. Hence cheats!! Don’t trust them. I am thirsty and had to order 20ltr bisleri can after paying ~400 bucks to these scoundrels

The company is Pathetic when it comes to Customer service. I think the only thing they are good at is MAKING FOOL OF PEOPLE and promoting False advertisements to just get people to pay for their Subscription. I booked it 3 weeks back and even uploaded all the documents and the reason I get from them is absolutely bizarre. It says “Documents mismatch” but against what??? Ok calling their call Center.....No reply.....On Raising Complaints....No Reply....On Posting message on Instagram....No Reply except for a False Promise that They will Look Into it. I wonder why an Influencer like Sachin Tendulkar endorses this Fraud???

I tried to get a subscription but my KYC was rejected coz i had different address in my ID proof and address proof. However, I realized I no longer needed the subscription and within a day I wrote email requesting them to refund and cancel but no relevant respond. The email said please submit your KYC again so we can install!? Like what the hell! I wrote 4 emails stating I dont want to do KYC and I wan to cancel subscription! Such cheats! If you dont have enough support to support customers then dont freaking start the company! I simply lost my money! Name: Diksha Kapoor Number - ******7806
