It kept crashing just trying to scroll to the Live Photo that I wanted and then I finally found that if I scrolled slower than a turtle that I could finally get to it. I converted 5 and then crashed again. I went to check the videos and no sound. Other apps capture the sound. I’ve only found one app that is 100% free and does batch conversions. The ONLY problem is that it skipped a set of photos with no error. It just didn’t convert them. So, trying to find an app that can convert those particular 10. Most of the apps are striking out.

I have an iPhone 6s, & app no longer works (worked on the same phone about a month ago). Opens to a blank page (with the exception of an ad at the bottom)

App opens to a nearly blank screen. Doesn't do anything even after waiting five minutes. Doesn't crash. It just sits there unresponsive.
