This app will cost you a lot of money and customers. It should be removed from the App Store.

This is a pretty useless app. You can only look at one day at a time, and it shows you the number of check ins, check outs, stay-throughs (occupied rooms from multi-day stays), and closed rooms. You can mark a guest as checked in or out. You can add payment information, but there's no way to mark as paid with cash or some other method besides the credit cards listed in their drop down. Hard to make a reservation, and hard to see a more comprehensive overview of your calendar over multiple days. Might as well not have a mobile app. Tried accessing the regular website through a browser on my phone, but it rejects my password, which is clearly correct, given I logged into the mobile app with the same password. The mobile app and the mobile browser need all sorts of fixing!

This app is crashing upon login. If they fix this I’ll change my rating because it is a useful app. It until it’s fixed not being able to sign in makes it useless.

It’s nice to be able to check in guests remotely with OpenKey and LittleHotelier though this app and alerts our hotel’s staff to booking changes instantly. I only wish we could access credit card info as well to help process bookings entirely on our phones. Maybe that update will come soon...

I run a 14 unit lodge. The app doesn’t do everything but that’s just fine. The app is still super useful. Take care of reservations on a desktop and don’t ask too much of this app and you will be happy. It’s another tool in my toolbox. I use it every day.
