Little Caesars Pizza

Convenience, easy use, food always ready! The Little Caesar’s app has always been very easy to use, very convenient and my food has always been ready on time or early and placed into the pizza portal ready for me to pick up, which is wonderful because the food is always warm and ready when I arrive as the pizza portal keeps it warm for you! The Little Caesar’s app is without question the best restaurant/ food app out there due to its convenience, easy use and never having any issues with ordering my food and having it ready when I arrive! Other restaurant apps I have experienced issues with from ordering my food, to paying for the meal and trying to use a different credit card then the one “on file”. With the Little Caesar’s app, I have never ran into any issues whatsoever! A++++

The only problem I have with this app is it cannot process payment everytime I use Apple Pay so I have to enter credit card details manually and then it works just fine. I live in Southern Nevada where there is only 1 little Caesars pizza location in town. So it’s often very busy. People end up waiting in line for up to half an hour to get a pizza. In fact I can’t remember a time when it’s not busy. When Little Caesar’s finally came up with an app so I could order pizza on my phone I thought I’d give it a try. I placed my order with my credit card, went shopping and sure enough I stopped by little Caesar’s and there my pizza was waiting hot and ready in the pizza portal!! No waiting, no lines. It’s like first class service Italian style. The app was incredibly easy to use, my order was 100 % accurate and ready on time. Why didn’t they come up with an app like this a long time ago. This is how easy pizza ordering should be. So for anyone who’s a big fan of little Caesar’s pizza this is a must have app. I eat a lot of pizza. So The little Caesar’s app has a permanent home on my phone.

App claimed it could not deliver to my address, then the app had a whoops error when trying to place a portal order. Neither time I had any order confirmation number or alert from the app. I called in my order and went to pick it up. I get a text from door dash and then the driver shows up and tries to insist on the order I just manually called was his. Punk! I grabbed my pizza and walked out like the boss I am! Chilled with my homies back at the crib and called door dash support to cancel my 1st app crash order. Still waiting for the refund they promised. Now, days later Little Caesar’s is charging my debt card for the most likely 2nd app crash portal order. The employees at the store were absolutely useless when asked if I could verify with their stores from that night. The wouldn’t even give me the store owners name and number. Please get some real developers involved with the Door Dash integration as I am not the only one complaining I am sure. Anyone have the Hungry Howies number handy?!? Don’t need it cause their app is solid and never Crashes slacker coder homies!!!

I was in a thousand hurries after working all day, running errands, and purchasing some last minute party supplies for my 14-year-old “grand-cousin”! I was dreading using the Little Caesars’ app because I’ve used other apps that have been difficult to navigate. Imagine my ultimate surprise when I registered, ordered exactly what they requested from our favorite Pizza place, and paid in the blink of an eye! It was ready, hot and the gentlemen behind the counter were so nice! They offered to take all those pizzas and extras to my car! Everyone loved the food and that made our time together even more enjoyable! Oh yeah, I’ll be back....and ordering with my newly-favored app!

The concept is great but the app and support are buggy. My location is always busy and on a Friday night they never have pizzas ready due to demand. Figured this app was the answer. Ran my errands and placed my order using the default location which was my store, and I thought the only store. Placed my order, paid and drove towards the store. Fifteen minutes after my order was supposed to be ready I go in the store and they have no record of my order. They mention a store across town and that some orders had gone to them. I check and sure enough it had. I drive to that store and oddly there was still no pickup number and hour later and I go in and ask only to be told “yeah we just put it in the regular warmer and not the pickup machine”... I said that was kind of the point, they could not refund my money so I took my cold pizza and left. I will check in later to see if it improves but it’s only as good as the location
