You have to give one star so you can do a review . This is a fraudulent company . The people who serve you are customers from around the world . Always the face of LightInTheBox with their transcript of please give us an order number and submit a ticket but they just take your money . If they were a legitimate global trading company they would know the cost of import duties by weight instead of charging you hundreds of pounds for £26 import which they won’t refund . You won’t get what you asked for it’s so unprofessional more like penny arcade pieces that you pay hundreds for .DONT DOWNLOAD DONT PURCHASE or you will get is disappointment and loose so much . Very uncaring and deceptive ! Basically because I took out a pay pal dispute they are telling me only if I close it will they refund my money . They show a public face of we can’t help you enough but behind the scenes, they talk like robots when they don’t even address your queries , Trump is right too be upset , I thought they were American but it’s all Chinese, Cheap rubbish being disabled I have to rely on online companies but this is the second con company , the developer should be ashamed and Apple should not even have a fraudulent app as they are endorsing such behaviour . My support workers have tried to help they ignore them too sticking to obvious scripts they are taught to say -they keep your money or send you cheap rubbish

Terrible delivery - not as advertised on item!! I placed my order because it says 3-5 business day delivery. After The 5th day I finally got hold of a way to contact Customer Care - it is not very clear how to do that. They told me it will take 5-8 business days but still nothing after the 10th day so I contacted them again. Explaining to them that I need this product for a Black Tie coming up and I bought it from them because they said delivery between 3-5 days. I was then told “don’t worry it will be with you within 28 days”. That never happened. The item never arrived in time for my event. I contacted them again and I expressed my disappointment and that they do not deliver according to their advertisements. I then received the following reply from Customer Care: "Dear Customer, We are really sorry for the long transportation time but we can’t rush the delivery within 3 months as we mentioned. But please don’t worry about losing money. If it’s not delivered in 3 months or if it’s returned, we will refund you by then. Thank you for your patience and support. Sincerely Customer Service " 3 months?? Are you having a laugh??? Never will I use LightInTheBox again or will I recommend this company to anybody!

This site looks like a bargain, when in fact all items I have looked at can be purchased closer to home. The items I have seen have been over priced, but look like you save up to 95%. This at best is a lie. For instance a jacket I ordered was priced at over £500 and reduced to £28 plus delivery. Of course I ordered, only to be hit with shipping charges and insurance that was almost doubled. Then the order was delayed and delayed. Next thing I know, a message from DHL saying I have to pay an import charge on delivery!! Another half of what I’ve already paid. After a little research, I find that the jacket was less than £50 from closer to home, no import, insurance or shipping charges. It was advertised as fully waterPROOF, when in fact it wasn’t at all. Absolute waste of time and money. Please read other reviews before you think twice about trusting this site. As you’ll see, the good reviews are from those who live a stones throw away, but others are either still waiting for delivery, refunds and are fuming at the lack of customer support. I can’t sum this up with out the use of foul language, so I won’t say any more. One star is far too much.

As first apart from excessively long l as in time - no where near what they advertise - I was happy with the quality however I’ve now received a number of items that are very different from what I had seen and expected! One order took so long to come that it arrived once my partner who’s away a lot could not try his items of ages after I placed the order! Communication is non existent - to do a return is impossible with the only way to try and do anything is by using two ticket options either that it didn’t arrive or that there was a customs issue- my last item arrived so late it was no good for me as my event had been and gone so I had to buy locally so I’ve wasted a lot of time and money! Do not order from this company I’ve never had such a awful experience I’m out of pocket and feel very undervalued and customer service is just not something they seem to offer ! The link doesn’t even work! Super annoyed won’t use them ever again- removing their ap as everyday I’m told to buy more stuff- no thank you! Sort it out!

I have spent a lot of time on trying to find out how to return an unwanted item ! But all I get on their website is “ u have no orders to get a “ TICKET “ this ticket is apparently needed to return an item !!”) I’ll But as all my orders have been delivered to me I do not have an item waiting to be shipped to enable me to get said ticket !!!!! I am getting annoyed and also extremely frustrated as it looks to me like it’s easy enough to order an item BUT. To return it is nigh on impossible!!!!!!!I I have also tried to get a return address to post it back to the company but to no avail either !!!! I would be very happy to hear from anyone who has been successful in sending their order back !!!!!!!(This has got to be some sort SCAM !!!!!!! ) shame on u Light in the Box company !!!!!!!😧😧😵😲😡😡
