LIC Agent App

Overall it’s a decent app with all necessary features and functionalities for LIC Agents. However the whole app UI needs to be more modern, smooth and intuitive. For Agents, self Profile Management section is missing - like Name, Contact details, Agency details/status, Profile picture etc. The most irritating login error (“We found duplicate entry..”) has been finally addressed. Thanks!

Please provide a good update for the app, with new policies and explanation on how to get the login credentials. Also, unable to login as I am unable to enter date of birth with ’/‘ character

Over all nice app but need to add an option of search on page . Like if we open page or renewal due list of September we are scrolling all name one by one from the list if we get an option to find on page it will be easy to get the details of policy holder.

I received new boarding link from lic ..i am trying to set password for my agent portal it showing we found duplicate Customer records with this details are available in our database. And showing to put password and user id ..wat should i post...sometime showing message this link expires new link sent to mail id...that time i also get same message the link is not working

While using on iPhone In last while login ask to mention date of birth While typing date of birth automatically number keyboard open where unable to type. / This so unable to complete date of birth what they want like DD/ MM/ YY
