The store person asks if you have the Levi app. They tell you that if you register for it you will get a £5 voucher to spend on your next visit and you will earn additional points for purchases & other stuff. What they don’t tell you is that the points expire after 1 year & that in order to use ANY voucher you have to spend £99 in 1 transaction. We all know why they emit to give you those details as very few would sign up if they did. Don’t sell your details to Levi for such a rubbish offer!

Takes forever to open. Then every time I have to log in. At least give us the option to login with Face/Touch ID but even that basic facility is missing, despite it having been around ever since the iPhone 5S (if I’m not mistaken). Then little explanation of what all the various features do, it’s far too complicated to even get back to the home screen when you want to. Come on, Levi’s, you can do better than this.

Yes, I read the reviews but I also know the Levi’s brand is one of the strongest in the world. SURELY the reviewers are wrong... Nope - they are not. This is possibly the worst app I’ve installed... ever. I’ve never written an app review and that’s how bad it is! Levi’s - spend some of the £ that you fleece from your customers and give us a reward app that a) works and b) has some value. This is simply embarrassing for you.

Well, it's never frozen on me. But truly don't understand why a mobile phone app feels the need to log me out all the time. How many people do you think use my phone and so I need logging out all the time? Frustrating but otherwise not nearly as bad as the reviews suggest

Made lots of purchases in Levi’s and none are showing up on the app. Freezes constantly and embarrassing standing in a store trying to load up your app when they can log your purchase on the till which still does not show on the app....Bring back the old reward system. Total reboot revamp needed Levi’s...
