LeggerePiace is a library app for the Province of Piacenza’s Library Services. You can use it to access the library catalog and: - search for books, cds, dvds and other items using either a text based search or a bar code search. - check the availability of documents and other materials in your favourite library - request a loan, place a reservation or extend a loan. - save items in a personal bibliography or favourites list on the smartphone. - recommend the purchase of an item to any of the libraries in the system. - check your patron status and the status of all your loans, requests and recommendations. You can also: - refine searches using subject headings and facets: tags, authors, year of pubblication, material types etc.. - choose more than one favourite library - highlight documents and other materials in your favourite libraries - use social networking to write comments and share with friends news, events and pubblication titles - see items which other users with similar taste have read or viewed - see on a map the location of any or all libraries in the system together with phone numbers, opening hours and other details.
