Legend of Badminton Episode 1

I really liked this. The jokes come fairly thick and fast throughout though some of the puzzles are infuriatingly illogical. The voices are fairly pointless but I just switched them off. I can’t wait for the next episode.

This is a really enjoyable point and click game, analogous to Monkey Island. Some parts are genuinely laugh out loud funny. The graphics are really very well done and the puzzles can be challenging to say the least! My only criticisms are that the character voices sound robotic and the subtitles are often inaccurately written. I thought at first this was done to be tongue-in-cheek, but it seems they are just rather poorly done, which is a shame as it’s otherwise a very polished game. Definitely worth the price.

I keep coming back to it, but the puzzles are just too puzzling for me! I appreciate they should be challenging, but I seem to spend all my time clicking on everything in my inventory and on everything on the screen in the vain hope something works. Loved the first game, but struggling with this episode so far. It might be me! Almost makes me wish for a hint button though... On the plus side, the dialogue is funny and the game is very easy to navigate. I'll keep trying!
