Very easy to use. Best Lead app on the market IMO

Throughout three days and three licenses, my team struggled to use this app. It successfully scanned less than 50% of the time on all three iPhones so we had to take business cards and photos of badges which completely defeats the purpose of lead retrieval and makes us look foolish in the face of the customers. My app would crash every time I attempted to sync or export my database. I called the company and Paige was very helpful; instantaneously sending me the entire database via email.

I used this ap at a recent trade show. Had no ap issues, it focused/scanned efficiently, and the leads were able to be exported for their website portal very easily. Overall, my company had no problems using this ap and its accompanying interface. The device used was an iPhone 5 with 8.4 software.

When you exhibit at a tradeshow, you're a captive market. ATS doesn't seem to have invested in this software at all. Their hardware-based solution isn't much better, but at least it works… Most of the time. ATS, I wish you would spend a little more time trying to make this thing work. You sure got a lot of my money.
