Quick to take your money but doesn’t work (my particular problem is that it kept saying I wasn’t connected to WiFi). No contact information anywhere for the company, except in the user agreement, where it’s listed as customerservice@.com, so no chance for a refund.

I’ve no idea what issues anyone could possibly have using this app!?! It is simple, straightforward & quite easy. But like my mother used to say “ You must consider the source!” At any rate, don’t let the negative reviews deter you from getting this app! If you can operate a box of cereal then you can use LaundryPay!!!

This app is streamlined without too many features, but does what it’s meant to. I like the alarm when my laundry is done. It also lets you see how many machines are available at the laundromat, BEFORE you go there. Smart.

Works great. Crazy you can control the machines through your phone. Earn points to get discounts. My first dry was free.

I downloaded the app and washed my clothes. Worked like a charm. When I went to use the dryer, I ended up paying with coins because the app kept saying i needed to connect to the network even though I connected and disconnected numerous times.
