The status and viewing options appear to work as expected but i could not get a check deposited via the iphone x (capture image) despite trying various backgrounds and lighting adjustments, camera would not trigger. this feature worked on an earlier version. this unreliability and the fact the LFCU debit cards do not support apple pay (pay by instant message) leaves this institutions app unreliable and inconvenient for ios users.

Half the time I cannot even log into my account. It doesn’t remember my touchID settings nor the remember me toggle. It says my password plus wrong all the time and locks me out. I’ve had to contact launch several times to change my password and it doesn’t even process my request via app at all.

This is my first banking experience and all of it has been pleasant, the app overall has a good set up it’s smooth and easy to understand once you mess with it for a few minutes! Glad to be banking with Launch!

Checking your card statement should be easy but with the app it's very difficult. It takes so long to check your purchases and scroll through because the app constantly boots you out and puts you in the home screen. It's good for checking your balance but not for checking the activity on your account because the app can't handle scrolling up and down...........

This is the worst app by far that I used yet for any kind of banking. Many reasons why. Takes forever to load and sometimes doesn’t. Looks very outdated. There are no easy ways to make payments. Even the help menu is a page that just says that your in a mobile app. Nothing is straight forward. It’s basically a balance checker. Very dissatisfied!
