Landa: Invest in Real Estate

This app is great for some passive income with a good return. You pay a few dollars for a share of a house and in return you get a few cents a month in rental income. Also, since it’s real estate, it appreciates over time. I’ve used this since July and love it. They’re constantly updating to make using the app a more seamless experience.

My knowledge of Real Estate investing is limited to REITs and ETFs and I don’t have the time or capital to maintain properties. With Landa, none of that matters and even those new to real estate investing can get started and see very positive returns and build equity in properties as their value rises. I love how you can purchase shares of a property, essentially owning your own percentage of that property and as the value increases, your share price (or equity), in the property also increases. In addition to that benefit, you also receive a monthly payout from the portion of the rent collected and the amount you are paid is proportionate to the amount of shares you own. I was fortunate enough to be an early adopter of the app and started back in June and have seen tremendous gains in my properties equity, as well as the amount of rent per month. Furthermore, I have referred several users and received a bonus for doing so. I used that bonus to invest in additional shares of property and increased my monthly rent payout. The app is very easy to follow and has detailed breakdowns of the annual return percentage for each property, the breakdown of the lease structure, the value and information about the property, and the details about the area where the property is located. Since joining, I have seen Landa grow from one property to ten properties and they are currently negotiating other properties to add even more! I would also like to add that I had prompt responses from their support team for the one time I had an issue trying to deposit funds. They resolved the issue quickly and were in the process of changing their ACH service so some of the deposits/withdrawals were having issues but I haven’t had any issues since! In conclusion, if you’re looking to invest in Real Estate, you have a little bit of capital (money), and want to earn passive income and see an increase in value over time, then Lands is a great fit for everyone from a “newbie” to the seasoned investor, like myself. -Craig

Started to withdrawal money yesterday , I tap the landa app today and all the sudden the app is treating me like I never had an account and have to register ????? It won’t even let me log into my old account ! ( you receive email confirmation when you make money , not when you withdrawal ) I would like to be able to log back in and also be able to withdrawal my money please !

It’s a scam!! I am an international student. When I deposited my money, they only ask for the information of my bank. They did not say that you have to be US citizens to invest with Landa. Now, when I want to withdraw my money, they said that I need to be a US citizen to withdraw! That’s not fair! I really need my money back. GIVE MY MONEY BACK!! You liar!!!

I normally do not rate but I am at the moment trying to figure out how to get my deposit back. I feel this is a scam and I cannot believe how apple or this business is allow to operate. I deposited $400 on aug 31st 2019 and at first I attempted to buy shares. I couldn’t buy shares because there were no properties available. Okay, that’s fine...I requested my profile to be verified meanwhile since it takes approximately 2 days for it to happen. Two weeks has elapsed and saw no new properties hit the app. I then requested to withdraw my funds, and let me find out that now I am not allowed to withdraw my funds. I contact customer service and they had notify that they are going to fix the issue and will fix it within a couple of days and if the issue was not fixed in a couple of days, to notify them. A couple of days passed and I notified them and now I am being ignored. I do like that receive emails as a trace to all efforts and interactions I have had. Now I beg apple to please verify this business and do something about it. I am also looking for other methods to report them. I advise everyone to please stay away! Do not make the same mistake I did. You will just be donating money to a crook.
